The Clintonville Woman's Club Dinner Packages

The following menu selections will be served with Chef's choice of two side dishes, your choice of one salad and one dessert. See Salad and Dessert selections at the end of this page.

Chicken Florentine: Chicken stuffed with a delicate blend of spinach, rice and cheese.


Chicken Almandine: Chicken Breast breaded with sliced almonds, topped with cream wine sauce.


Chicken Piccata: Breast of Chicken  in Beurre Blanc, flavored with lemon and capers.


Chicken Marsala: Chicken  in a sauce of a Marsala wine reduction and mushrooms.


Chicken Rothschild: Breast of chicken in a Raspberry - Dijon sauce.


Herbed Chicken: Breast of chicken, breaded and stuffed with herbed-cream cheese.


Grilled Chicken Salad: Grilled Marinated Chicken over a bed of greens. Your choice of one dressing. (Caesar also available)


Salad Trio: Chicken Salad, Pasta Salad and Fruit on a bed of greens.


Beef Tenderloin: A very tender cut of beef, oven roasted and sliced.


Prime Rib of Beef: A succulent cut of the traditional favorite.


Salisbury Steak: Chopped Sirloin in a rich mushroom beef gravy.


Port Tenderloin: Roasted medallions with a mustard-cream sauce.


Lasagna: Your choice of meat sauce, chicken or Portabello Mushroom.


Chicken and Artichoke: Tender chunks of chicken, artichoke hearts, onion, herbs, and Parmesan cheese in a cream sauce, served over Penne pasta.


Lemon Basil Chicken: Seasoned Chicken, sautéed with lemon pesto sauce, over pasta with tomatoes, onion, herbs and parmesan cheese.


Salmon: Poached or baked with your choice of a citrus, dill, or hollandaise sauce.


Tilapia: Whitefish baked with a lemon-mustard sauce, and topped with seasoned bread crumbs.
